School Bus Transportation

Regular education transportation is a privilege for students who reside in established bus areas*. Check with your child's school about the designated stops and times for students who reside in the established bus areas.  The following schools have no regular education transportation:  Cartwright, Downs, Long, Starlight Park, Harris, Borman, Palm Lane, Peralta, Tomahawk and Davidson.

Transportation is provided for the following areas:
Spitalny School: All kindergarten through fifth grade students residing south of Thomas.
Holiday Park School: All kindergarten through third grade students residing in the established bus area.
Sunset School: All kindergarten through fifth grade students residing north of the canal west of 59th Avenue..

Heatherbrae School: All kindergarten through third grade students who reside north of the canal.
Tarver School: All kindergarten through fifth grade students residing in the established bus area.
Peña School: All kindergarten through fifth grade students who reside at Del Mar, Emerald Shores and Parkwood apartments and all kindergarten through third grade students who live north of Thomas..
Desert Sands Middle School:All sixth through eighth grade students residing in the established bus area.
Estrella Middle School:All sixth through eighth grade students residing in the established bus area.
Atkinson Middle School: All sixth through eighth grade students residing in the established bus area.
Castro Middle School: All sixth through eighth grade students residing in the establish bus area.
